General Manager of Greater Taipei Gas Corporation Limited
Alumnus Chen Chen-tung currently serves as the General Manager of Taipei Gas Corporation Limited in the Greater Taipei Area. He enrolled in the graduate program in Business Administration at his alma mater in 1978 and graduated in 1980. Since then, he has remained with Taipei Gas Corporation. In 2016, he assumed the role of General Manager. During his tenure in the finance department, he accomplished significant milestones, including handling a cash increase of NT$382.5 million, assisting in the initial public offering of New Ocean Gas, and revising the company’s internal control system. Additionally, he facilitated the application for and acquisition of licenses for the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ dedicated limited telecommunication optical fiber transmission station and indoor and domestic long-distance land cable telecommunication investment business franchise (the first gas company nationwide to obtain such licenses).

Alumnus Chen Chih-wei brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Before joining SAP, he served as Senior Vice President of Cisco Greater China and General Manager of Cisco Taiwan, leading the team to achieve significant business growth for four consecutive years. In January 2020, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Cisco Greater China and General Manager of Cisco Taiwan. Under his leadership, Cisco Taiwan became a model for Cisco’s Global Digital Acceleration Program in the Asia-Pacific region. He led the company to win the “Strategic Spotlight Partner Award” from the Taiwan government in both 2020 and 2021, enhancing the company’s reputation.

Alumnus Zhang Xunhai currently serves as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Delta Electronics, Inc. Mr. Zhang joined Delta in 1981 and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since 2017. Alumna Ho Shu-tzu founded Xin Hong Technology Co., Ltd. The company was established in the year 81 of the Republic of China (1992) with a capital of 20 million NT dollars. It specializes in manufacturing resistor equipment and automation machinery. Over time, it has expanded its offerings to include PC-based automation machinery to meet the diverse needs of its customers. Xin Hong Technology Co., Ltd. is highly regarded in the industry, with all its products being independently developed and leading the industry as pioneering innovations.

Chairperson of the Taoyuan City Private Ruth Educational Garden Foundation
Alumnus Qiu Jiahui successfully applied the principles of business management he learned to social welfare institutions, allowing his expertise to benefit these organizations. In 1998, he assisted his parents in founding the Yu Cheng Car Wash Center and served as the founding director. In 2007, he took over the Ruth Educational Garden, which was facing continuous losses and the threat of closure. Through successful transformation and restructuring, the institution received the Excellent Award from the Ministry of the Interior in 2014, providing a brighter future for underprivileged children.

Mr. Chou Cheng-hsien joined Super Micro Computer Inc. in 2000 as Senior Vice President of Global Business. Established in Silicon Valley, USA in 1993, Super Micro Computer Inc. has grown into a global corporation with subsidiaries in the United States, Europe, Japan, Beijing, and Taiwan. Today, it ranks as the world’s fourth-largest server manufacturer, providing optimized servers to clients worldwide. Under Mr. Chou’s leadership, the company achieved a remarkable growth of 430% from 2009 to 2015.

Mr. Yu Chang-jun has held senior executive positions at both Evergreen Group and Yulon Motor Co., Ltd. He established Hong Chang, Hong Sheng, Hong Tai, and Hong Fu Transportation Companies between 1992 and 1995. In 2003, he founded Hong Fu International Co., Ltd., expanding the transportation business. Alumnus Su Hsiao-shih served as Vice President and President of DuPont Global Asia Pacific from 2010 to 2017. He joined DuPont Taiwan in 1980 and was appointed to Hong Kong in 1986 as Sales Manager for DuPont High Performance Films in the Asia Pacific region. From 2010, he held the position of Vice President of DuPont Global and President of DuPont Greater China, leading talent and organizational development for DuPont in the Asia Pacific region. He played a key role in business growth and corporate strategy transformation. In 2011, he spearheaded the establishment of the DuPont Taiwan Innovation Research Center in the Hsinchu Science Park.

Mr. Xie Jiannan formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer of Uni-President Convenience Stores, where he actively adjusted store formats, upgraded information systems, and nearly completed the installation of ticket sales and ibon machines during his tenure. As General Manager of 85°C Bakery Cafe, he initiated the second-generation store design project and restructured unprofitable expansion areas in China. In 2016, he assumed the position of CEO at PX Mart, where he began integrating logistics and IT systems, establishing a more efficient logistical management system.

Mr. Hsiao Cheng-tung formerly served as the President of Motorola Taiwan, leading the company to surpass Nokia for one and a half consecutive years and claim the top spot in mobile phone sales. In 2008, amidst a global downturn in Motorola’s operations, Mr. Hsiao was forced to leave the mainland company and transitioned to the nascent direct selling industry, serving as the Executive Director of Ever Forever Taiwan. Today, he not only leads Ever Forever Taiwan but also expands its reach to the frigid lands of Mongolia.

Vice President of NVIDIA Global and General Manager of NVIDIA Taiwan
Ms. Chiu Li-meng, with 30 years of IT experience, previously served as the General Manager of Microsoft Taiwan, leading the company to collaborate with over 8,500 domestic information industry partners. Ms. Chiu also advocated for the establishment of the first Microsoft Technology Center in the Asia-Pacific region in Taiwan in 2003. During her tenure, she promoted collaboration between Microsoft and three domestic academic research institutions to establish the Microsoft .NET Research Center. This initiative, in conjunction with Microsoft Research, further assisted Taiwan in nurturing software talent.
