Our department’s distinctive features in terms of development are manifested in the areas of “character and personality education,” “professionalism and practicality,” “international perspectives,” “student club activities,” and “academic exchanges between Taiwan and mainland China.” Guided by the philosophy of “holistic education” at Chung Yuan Christian University, our department is dedicated to cultivating “comprehensive managers” who possess professional intelligence, social concern, and moral cultivation. We place particular emphasis on achieving a balance between professionalism and general education, cultural refinement and character development, individual and group dynamics, as well as physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through the design of theoretical and practical courses, we aim to nurture students to become managers who embody moral integrity, professionalism, practical skills, international perspectives, and social responsibility.
